Exceptional professional concierge practitioner services
Dr. Kerr serves a broad array of client populations throughout the lifespan and provides ethnically, culturally and gender-appropriate services.
Mountain Brook Wellness provides a concierge approach that allows Dr. Kerr to customize her practice to best meet the individual needs and goals of each client, which may require adjustments to service type, length, cost, or an alternative treatment location to accommodate medical, mental health or the otherwise busy lifestyles of her clientele.
Although her current practice is primarily treatment-based involving adult populations and psychotherapy and cognitive rehabilitation/training services, she does offer neuropsychological/psychological assessment services and services for children/adolescents on a case-by-case basis.

With Skype for business, established clients can send Dr. Kerr text messages, audio messages, as well as picture and video messages in a private, text-based chat room. Live-video sessions and audio-only sessions are also available. Teletherapy services through Skype business are currently available for individuals or couples previously established with Dr. Kerr.
How is my privacy protected? Is it confidential?
All data and communication is private and confidential with encrypted servers and software using Skype’s latest technology. With this option, you can use your Skype app 24 hours a day/7 days a week from your iPhone, iPad or Android device — or from any computer.
Why would I want to use teletherapy services?
While it is not meant to replace in-office therapy, and as such is not yet available to clients who have not been established with an initial intake diagnostic evaluation (office visit only), clients find that supplementing their regular office/concierge therapy visits with teletherapy services through Skype business is an excellent way to get affordable, 24-hour access to a level of care that really strengthens the benefits of treatment on their health and happiness in between session(s). In addition, as teletherapy allows Dr. Kerr to do either individual or couples therapy, it is useful for joint working couples who can both log in over a lunch hour from work even when in different locations.
Teletherapy Bookings
Teletherapy with Dr. Kerr is available through her direct link (mail to teletherapy@deborahkerr.org). There are several flexible affordable plans for Dr. Kerr’s clients, which vary based on amount of time you’d like to sign up for (weeks, months, etc.), what types of services (live-video, or unlimited text messages only, etc.), and these include a la carte options as well.
